OPERA IN THE REGIONS

West Australian Opera celebrates its 50th Anniversary in 2017. In this celebratory year the company will be taking live opera to the regions in gorgeous WA settings such as The Pinnacles, Greenough and Valley of the Giants. Enjoy a picnic with friends as you relax under the stars for a concert of famous operatic hits that you’ll know and love. Amazing opera performance set against the backdrop of iconic WA landscapes; it will truly an experience like no other.

The concerts are FREE but booking are essential. Please see below tabs for further information and booking for each concert.

Chairs will be provided for all patrons to this event. There is no requirement to bring your own chairs or blankets

Drive:
Approx 4hr drive from Perth CBD
Fly: Qantas fly’s Perth to Geraldton (1hr approx), then 20 minute taxi to Greenough

National Park Entry Fees
Park entry fees to Nambung National Park apply (The Pinnacles is located within Nambung National Park.)

  • $12 per private vehicle (up to 12 passengers)
  • $6 per private vehicle for drivers with a valid concession card
  • $6 per motorcycle
  • $5.50 per commercial or private bus passenger
  • $1.70 per commercial or private bus passenger with a valid concession card
