GARUM: An Operatic Journey through Emilia-Romagna

Garum and West Australian Opera present An Operatic Journey through Emilia-Romagna in celebration of Giuseppe Verdi with Guy Grossi and Paolo Apuzzo.

In celebration of Guy Grossi’s Amore e Cultura and West Australian Opera's season of Verdi's Il trovatore, join us on Thursday, 30 October on a culinary journey through Emilia-Romagna, the birthplace of Giuseppe Verdi.

Exclusively for this special evening during opera month, Guy Grossi and Paolo Apuzzo have curated a decadent four-course feast inspired by the works of the great maestro Giuseppe Verdi.

Each course will be accompanied with a glass of wine from the region and preceded by a Verdi performance from West Australian Opera's Jessica Blunt and Ben Del Borrello.
