LISA HARPER BROWN
Lisa is a West Australian soprano and former member of West Australian Opera’s Young Artist Program. Her WAO roles include Alcina, Rosalinde (Die Fledermaus), Pamina and 1st Lady (The Magic Flute), Venus (Orpheus in the Underworld), Frasquita (Carmen), and Annina (La Traviata). She also performed as the soprano soloist in Elijah and in Carmina Burana with WASO.
A UWA graduate, Lisa has studied at the Britten-Pears School and with renowned teachers including Dame Joan Sutherland. Alongside her performance career, she is an experienced voice teacher, choral trainer, and adjudicator.
BETH REDWOOD
Beth Redwood is a Perth-born soprano and WAAPA graduate with a Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice. In 2025, she studied at Lyric Opera Studio Weimar (Germany), performing Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro. Her recent roles include Adina (L’elisir d’amore), Countess (Le Nozze di Figaro), Gretel (Hansel and Gretel), and Papagena (Die Zauberflöte).
Beth has performed with Perth Symphonic Chorus, OpusWA (where she serves as a Board Member), and debuted with West Australian Symphony Orchestra in the chorus of Mahler’s 8th Symphony in 2024. She has toured regional WA to promote classical music and regularly appears as a soloist in choral works.
Beth is currently a Young Artist with the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra and aspires to pursue a master’s in opera performance in the UK.
LIBBY HAMMER
Libby Hammer is one of Perth’s leading jazz vocalists, known as a singer, bandleader, vocal coach, and composer. A WAAPA graduate (BMus Jazz, 1997), she founded Hip Mo’ Toast, winning six WAMI awards for Most Popular Original Jazz Act. Libby leads ensembles ranging from duos to big bands and presents themed shows including Bringing Back Bacharach and Jazz For Kids.
She regularly works with West Australian Symphony Orchestra’s Education Chamber Orchestra and has performed in children's concerts with Paul Rissman. Her original show Crazy Hat Day won a WA Children’s Event Award at Fringeworld 2017. Libby performs at major WA festivals and has appeared with WASO, James Morrison, and international artists including Gary Bartz.
